Qualifications

• 5+ years IP docketing experience in a law firm
• Experience managing high-volume client portfolios
• CPi software experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• IP docketing for assigned client portfolios with accurate deadline management
• Navigate USPTO, PCT, and international databases for application details
• Generate and edit reports from IP docketing software and internal client portfolios
• Assist with patent and trademark transfers and related office formalities
• Set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Maintain attention to IP specifics such as inventors, dates, and titles
