Aflac Asset Management, LLC (d.b.a. Aflac Global Investments) in New York City invites applications for a 2027 Global Investments (NY) Legal Intern position.

This hybrid 10-week program provides hands-on experience in investment data analysis, market research, and reporting within the Global Investments division. Ideal candidates are JD candidates pursuing law, with a 3.0+ GPA, strong analytical and communication skills, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Formación

• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Degree Focus: Law.
• JD candidate.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. and reside in the continental U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders in insurance asset management and compliance.
• Support the analysis and reporting of PRI, CDP, and TCFD commitments.
• Support integration of environmental and social analysis into the investment process.
• Learn and support the company’s responsible investing framework and public commitments.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, financial risk and IT to establish controls and governance.
• Research industry trends and sustainability best practices for applicability to the Company.
• Maintain large data sets and identify key trends to guide investment decisions.
• Deliver written and verbal presentations to stakeholders.
