Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an Investigation Manager to conduct global internal investigations into potential violations of corporate policies and laws. The role involves developing investigative plans, interviewing stakeholders, gathering evidence, and delivering concise reports for executive oversight.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Claims, HR, Legal and Underwriting, travel up to 10%, and maintain AXA XL Investigations standards while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with fraud or financial crime investigations.
• Experience with High-risk HR Investigations desirable.
• Legal background desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct global internal investigations into violations of AXA XL policies, regulation or law.
• Develop and execute investigative plans to gather information and assess validity of allegations.
• Communicate with stakeholders across Compliance, HR, Legal and other teams during investigations.
• Perform complex investigations and monitor related activities across the division.
