Job summary

AXA XL seeks an Investigation Manager to conduct global internal investigations into potential policy violations and financial crime. You will develop investigative plans, gather evidence, interview stakeholders, and prepare clear reports with recommended actions.

Reporting to the Head of Investigations, you will partner with Compliance, Claims, HR and Legal, and may travel internationally up to 10%, with a flexible schedule to coordinate with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with fraud or financial crime investigations.
• Experience with High-risk HR Investigations desirable.
• Demonstrated interviewing skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct global internal investigations into AXA XL policies and law.
• Develop and execute investigative plans to assess allegations.
• Communicate with Compliance, HR, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Lead sensitive interviews and collect/analyze evidence.
• Prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coach and supervise audit team members.
• Harmonize investigations standards with best practices.
