Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid experience with fraud or financial crime investigations.
• Experience with High-risk HR Investigations desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple investigations

Responsibilities

• Conduct global internal investigations into violations of AXA XL policies, regulation or law.
• Develop and execute investigative plans; gather information and evidence.
• Lead interviews with stakeholders across Compliance, HR and Legal.
• Perform complex investigations and monitor activities across the division.
• Prepare concise reports and recommended actions; update Head of Investigations
