Responsibilities

  • Process purchasing requisitions and support equipment needs.
  • Maintain asset records and system updates for applicable equipment.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, records, stock levels, and system updates.
  • Conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and monitor shelf-life or damaged materials.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming equipment, materials, parts, and supplies.
  • Coordinate material transfers, shipping preparation, labeling, and logistics support.
  • Maintain shipping records and track outgoing materials through delivery.
  • Ensure technicians and operations have required parts, tools, materials, and equipment support.
  • Coordinate maintenance for warehouse, yard, and material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain warehouse and yard organization, safety, cleanliness, and facility support needs.

Job Description

Responsible for supporting warehouse, inventory, purchasing, asset management, receiving, storage, shipping, logistics, and yard maintenance activities. This role processes requisitions, maintains accurate asset and inventory records, coordinates material movements, supports technicians and operations with required parts and equipment, and helps ensure warehouse and yard areas remain safe, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
