Job summary

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain specialist in Houston to own global inventory health, manage PO lifecycle with contract manufacturers, and provide risk and gap analyses for S&OP. You will maintain dashboards and ERP data accuracy to enable planning, logistics, and finance to act confidently.

This role emphasizes data fluency, SAP usage, and close collaboration with suppliers. The position requires on-site work at the Houston office and offers potential incentive pay or equity.

Qualifications

• Strong data fluency in Excel and BI tools; identify meaningful variances and root causes.
• Comfort in using SAP to manage PO dates, quantities, and pricing.
• Solid understanding of inventory concepts: lead time, safety stock, DOH, E&O.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and suppliers; strong communication to resolve issues.
• Primarily in-office in Houston, TX; onsite work required.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health across Everpure's global hubs; track DOH, turns, and safety stock targets, root‑cause imbalances and slow‑moving stock, and drive site‑to‑site balancing before material lands on the E&O report.
• Run the purchase order lifecycle end to end with contract manufacturers and suppliers: release POs against planning signals, hold suppliers to their commits, expedite and de‑expedite as conditions change, and resolve delivery and quantity discrepancies so production is never waiting on parts.
• Supply the inventory position, risk, and gap analysis that S&OP and monthly inventory reviews are built on, and follow through on the actions those reviews generate.
• Keep dashboards, ERP records, and reporting accurate enough that Planning, Logistics, and Finance can act on them without re-checking the numbers, including PPV tracking and invoice discrepancy support for Finance.
• Spot where the process itself is the problem, i.e. recurring data issues, manual steps, gaps between systems, and drive the clean‑up.
