Qualifications

• Extensive functional experience owning end-to-end demand forecasting processes and S&OP cycles.
• Proficiency with SAP IBP Demand Planning, Excel Add-in, and Fiori planning views.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate forecast assumptions to leadership.
• Track record of driving forecasting standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consensus S&OP & Demand Planning: facilitate monthly demand plan, consolidate inputs, and support executive reviews.
• Architect SAP IBP Forecasting Frameworks: define models, set error standards, and lead review strategies.
• Integrate cross-functional market signals: align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance with forecasts.
• Govern demand master data & KPIs: ensure data integrity and analyze forecast misses to improve plans.
• Partner for system enhancements: define business requirements for configurations and data integrations.
