Job summary

Everpure in Houston, TX is seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst to manage global PO lifecycles, rebalance inventory across hubs, and produce numbers guiding planning decisions. This in-office role collaborates with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance daily.

The ideal candidate has strong data fluency, experience with ERP systems like SAP, and the ability to explain variance with root-cause reasoning. Applicable to a corporate environment with incentive pay potential.

Qualifications

• Strong data fluency in Excel and BI tools with ability to spot variance and root causes.
• Experience communicating to resolve delivery and quantity issues without escalation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and maintaining accurate PO data at high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health across global hubs; monitor DOH, turns, safety stock and balance sites.
• Run end-to-end PO lifecycle with contract manufacturers; manage changes and discrepancies.
• Provide inventory risk analysis for S&OP and monthly reviews; drive actions from reviews.
• Maintain dashboards and ERP records for accurate reporting; support PPV and invoice issues.
• Identify and clean up recurring data issues and gaps between systems.
