Everpure in Houston, TX is seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst to manage global PO lifecycles, rebalance inventory across hubs, and produce numbers guiding planning decisions. This in-office role collaborates with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance daily.

The ideal candidate has strong data fluency, experience with ERP systems like SAP, and the ability to explain variance with root-cause reasoning. Applicable to a corporate environment with incentive pay potential.

THE ROLE

Everpure's global supply chain runs on knowing exactly what material is where, and getting the next shipment in before anyone notices it was tight. This role sits at the point where inventory analysis, purchasing execution, and S&OP meet. You'll manage the purchase order lifecycle with contract manufacturers, rebalance inventory across global hubs before excess turns into write-off, and produce the numbers that planning decisions get made on. It's a hands-on seat with visibility across the full end-to-end supply chain, working daily with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own inventory health across Everpure's global hubs; track position against DOH, turns, and safety stock targets, root-cause imbalances and slow-moving stock, and drive site-to-site balancing before material lands on the E&O report
• Run the purchase order lifecycle end to end with contract manufacturers and suppliers: release POs against planning signals, hold suppliers to their commits, expedite and de-expedite as conditions change, and resolve delivery and quantity discrepancies so production is never waiting on parts
• Supply the inventory position, risk, and gap analysis that S&OP and monthly inventory reviews are built on, and follow through on the actions those reviews generate
• Keep dashboards, ERP records, and reporting accurate enough that Planning, Logistics, and Finance can act on them without re-checking the numbers, including PPV tracking and invoice discrepancy support for Finance
• Spot where the process itself is the problem, i.e. recurring data issues, manual steps, gaps between systems, and drive the clean-up

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong data fluency in Excel and BI tools (pivots, lookups, reconciliation) with the instinct to spot which variance actually matters and chase it to a root cause
• Comfort working in an ERP system such as SAP to keep PO dates, quantities, and pricing clean at volume
• A working command of core inventory and supply concepts, lead time, safety stock, turns, DOH, E&O, enough to explain why a number moved, not just report that it did
• Experience coordinating directly with contract manufacturers and suppliers, and the communication skills to resolve delivery and quantity issues without escalation
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Houston, TX office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$85,000 — $128,000 USD
