Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive inventory control experience in aerospace.
• Strong SAP knowledge and cycle counting experience.
• Experience with aviation regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global inventory control strategies compliant with aviation standards.
• Lead cycle counting across multiple sites for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Manage audits, adjustments, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Quality to track costs and valuation.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure SAP transactions, kit prep, bin locations, and cost corrections.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external audits.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to address discrepancies and improvements.
• Promote Lean and standardization in inventory ops.
• Train and mentor inventory staff on controls and processes.
