Connect Search, LLC is seeking an International Tax Manager in Chicago to oversee the company's expanding international tax responsibilities. Reporting to senior tax leadership, you will manage U.S.

international compliance, foreign filings, transfer pricing, tax provision, and cross-border planning. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination with global stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex tax issues into practical business guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of international tax experience.
• Strong U.S. international tax knowledge and ASC 740 exposure.
• Experience with transfer pricing and foreign operations.
• SOX controls experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recurring international tax obligations across jurisdictions.
• Review U.S. reporting for foreign entities, entities and investments.
• Coordinate international filings with local advisors and compliance teams.
• Evaluate ASC 740 components of the tax provision.
• Analyze GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits affecting the position.
• Support international expansion initiatives and cross-border structuring.
