Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in internal sales or back office.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer and master data in the ERP system.
• Review and prepare quotes including cost calculations.
• Process and coordinate customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Communicate with international customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create reports and monitor key performance indicators.
