Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Reporting to own the worldwide financial close, consolidation, and cash flow reporting. You will lead FCCS configurations, intercompany eliminations, and chart-of-accounts governance, while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to drive AI-enabled improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in financial reporting/consolidations, deep US GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, consolidations, or technical accounting in a multinational.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS or comparable platform (SAP BPC, Hyperion HFM, OneStream).
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, especially consolidation accounting and intercompany eliminations.
• Ability to manage complex close cycles across multiple time zones and entities.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data accuracy focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global financial close and consolidation processes using FCCS.
• Oversee cash flow reporting and forecast development with Treasury and FP&A.
• Perform balance sheet review with monthly/quarterly analysis for global entities.
• Develop and govern the Reporting Center of Excellence and Chart of Accounts.
• Drive AI integration and automation in the close processes with IT/Finance Tech.
• Lead a team of reporting analysts and partner with external auditors.
