Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Manager, Internal Controls to lead and elevate our internal control and audit framework globally. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, ensuring financial integrity and alignment with LVMH standards across Benefit markets.

You will champion accountability and drive improvement, partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to embed a risk-aware culture and deliver clear findings and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in internal controls, auditing, or risk management with people leadership.
• CPA or CIA certification preferred. Proven business partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal controls framework and annual plan across the organization.
• Lead quarterly testing and ERICA self-assessments with timely, actionable results.
• Track Major Risk Mapping and ensure mitigation across functions.
• Follow up on audit actions and partner with Legal on ethics/compliance programs.
• Collaborate with HQ, market Finance, and operations to embed risk awareness.
