The role drives risk mitigation, compliance with LVMH standards, and continuous improvement, while leading a dedicated team and coordinating with finance, legal, and operating functions.

Hybrid work schedule and a salary range of $155,000–$185,000 with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal controls, auditing, or risk management with people leadership.
• CPA or CIA certification preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the internal controls framework.
• Coordinate annual Internal Control Plan and ERICA self-assessment.
• Frame and challenge Major Risk Mapping across functions.
• Lead internal control reviews and audits with clear findings and action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and policy development in partnership with Finance, Legal, and HQ.
