Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance/accounting/analytical field.
• 12+ years of experience recommending practices to ensure data integrity and policy compliance.
• 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of internal control framework (COSO).
• Knowledge of SOX methodology and standards (302, 404, AS5, PCAOB).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal control risk mitigation strategies across corporate processes.
• Design and optimize controls across the SOX framework with cross-functional partners.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance risk and efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive audit committee reporting.
• Lead and mentor risk managers to build organizational capability.
• Evolve risk assessment and control design with automation and new tech.
