Job summary

Amazon Leo Controllership is seeking a Risk and Controls Manager to lead internal control design and governance across the organization. You will drive end-to-end process discovery, collaborate with engineering, business, finance, and accounting teams, and implement robust controls to mitigate financial statement risks in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires deep COSO 2013 and SEC/PCAOB knowledge, with a track record in large public companies or Big 4 advisory work for Fortune 500

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, or authorized refugee/asylee per export laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process discovery and documentation for complex processes.
• Design and implement controls with engineering, business, finance and accounting teams.
• Assist with system implementation and migration and related SDLC controls.
• Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
• Advise on and design controls and compliance programs.
• Provide ongoing support to process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure controls are effective.
