Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting.
• 7+ years of internal controls experience in Internal Audit at a large publicly held company or Big 4.
• Experience applying the COSO Internal Control Framework with strong GAAP, financial reporting, SOX and controls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead across regions and engage executives.
• Ability to develop and lead global control improvement initiatives in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based internal control processes for Ford Pro businesses across regions.
• Lead internal control governance discussions and prepare governance materials.
• Partner with Corporate Internal Control on remediation and control improvements.
• Develop controls for new Ford Pro ventures and perform risk assessments.
• Oversee annual controls testing plan, CaR, and Management Certification processes.
• Support IA audits with PwC and other control activities.
