Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in account management or strategy at a creatively-driven ad agency or in-house marketing communications firm.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results.
• History of success working in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships, and confidently influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver an impactful go-to-market strategy with major partners globally.
• Deeply understand Apple and partner brands to shape retail market strategy and create innovative partner communication plans across products and services.
• Synthesize macro trends and insights to optimize partner marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with partners to develop campaigns across advertising, digital channels, and in-store touchpoints.
• Build and drive processes that improve quality, efficiency and impact of partner marketing work.
• Lead workshops with partners' senior marketing teams and agencies to elevate creative and strategic output.
• Oversee quarterly planning to align budgets and resources with key partner initiatives.
• Domestic travel may be required 1-2 times per quarter.
