Job summary

Dymax, part of the Bachmann Chemical & Engineering family, is seeking a seasoned Internal Communications professional in Torrington, CT. You will shape BCE-wide messaging, craft leadership communications, and drive employee engagement across global units and regions.

You will partner with executives, HR, Marketing, and regional teams to simplify complex information, create strategic campaigns, and ensure consistent tone and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications or related field.
• 3–6 years of internal or corporate communications experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information for varied audiences.
• Experience advising leaders and creating communications for multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global internal communications strategies connecting employees to BCE priorities, values, and culture.
• Create corporate announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, intranet content, and manager resources.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging communications and align messaging with branding.
• Advise leaders on messaging, timing, and tone across regions.
• Partner with Marketing to coordinate internal and external communications for major announcements.
