Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, change management communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of building, modernizing, or transforming internal communications functions within complex organizations.
• Experience guiding communications through mergers, integrations, large-scale transformations, or significant organizational change initiatives.

• Lead the evolution and expansion of an internal communications function for a global organization.
• Develop and execute communication strategies that support business transformation and change initiatives.
