Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead for the Global Strategic Marketing team in a contract capacity. The role is fully remote with approximately 20 hours per week and a 6-month initial term, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal or transformation communications with leaders.
• Ability to synthesize complex initiatives into clear narratives.
• Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel GSM leadership on internal communications strategy and execution.
• Develop plans and content for emails, intranet, town halls, and other channels.
• Coordinate comms for ongoing initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Engage employees with compelling narratives and feedback activities.
• Measure impact using data-driven insights and adjust approaches.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality communications.
