Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications Lead, Global Strategic Marketing on a 6-month contract.

This role embeds with GSM leadership, turning priorities and milestones into a cohesive internal narrative and practical communications for the marketing organization. You'll work with GSM leaders, Change Management, and initiative teams to determine what employees need to know, develop messages, FAQs, leader materials, and communication cadences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal, corporate, or transformation communications
• Strong writing, storytelling, and executive communications capabilities
• Ability to counsel leaders and translate complex topics into clear messages

Responsibilities

• Partner with GSM leadership to translate priorities into clear internal communications
• Develop leadership messages, talking points and executive updates
• Plan communications calendars, channels, and cadences
• Create materials: emails, newsletters, FAQs, presentations
• Support town halls and employee engagement activities
• Measure impact using engagement data and feedback
• Coordinate channels across Staffbase, Teams, SharePoint, and email
