Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Manager of Internal Communications to lead day-to-day management of global internal channels, develop editorial content, and provide operational support for strategic events and programs. You will collaborate with internal clients to ensure messaging aligns with Zimmer Biomet’s Purpose, Mission, Values, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in internal/corporate communications within a large organization preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, MedTech, or medical device related sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of managing internal communications channels and event communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage global internal communications channels (Viva Engage, The Circle intranet, ZB News, digital signage).
• Write, edit, and publish content across channels adhering to brand guidelines and AP style.
• Coordinate editorial calendar with content submissions and scheduling.
• Analyze channel performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Support global programs and events (Town Hall, Founders Day, Leadership Summit) and post-event follow-up.
• Develop event-related content for pre-event, live coverage, and recaps.
