Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced Communications professional to join our team in Schertz, TX.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, develop and execute internal communication plans, and manage multiple projects ensuring branding consistency across newsletters, websites, meetings, and channels. You will create content ranging from articles and videos to interviews and infographics, track metrics, and support HR communications globally.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must provide samples of work (writing, design, video).
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (Domestic).
• Sponsorship not available; on-site location in Schertz, TX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global internal stakeholders on communication plans and strategies.
• Track and analyze metrics to measure internal communications effectiveness.
• Own division communications vehicles: write, edit, and distribute internal materials.
• Create content for employee channels, ensuring messaging and branding consistency across all materials.
• Develop and distribute materials: written communications, video production, presentations to deliver key messages.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and prioritization.
• Support the development and delivery of communications for the IPSD HR Director and global HR team.
