Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a creative intern to work with the Internal Communications team. You will help shape worldwide staff communications strategy and support global initiatives across 45+ markets, gaining real ownership from day one.

You’ll partner with the Internal Communications Senior Manager on strategy, formats, and channels, bringing fresh ideas and executing real internal comms projects. This 10-week program offers exposure to senior leadership and a global network.

Qualifications

• Student Status: Undergraduate or Graduate
• Interest in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Curiosity about organizational culture and global teams
• Comfort pitching new ideas to a team
• Experience with digital communications platforms
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines
• Able to work in a multilingual, global environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for 2027 year

Responsibilities

• Support Worldwide Staff Communications Strategy with Internal Communications Manager
• Bring new ideas to formats, channels, and approaches for engaging a global staff
• Join internal comms projects and assist with planning, drafting, and execution
• Collaborate across departments and regions to incorporate feedback and iterate materials
