Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a Summer Digital Marketing Intern to join the MarComm team in New York City, focusing on content distribution, social media, and community management.

You will work on strategic projects, create compelling copy, and research industry benchmarks while supporting global campaigns and reporting. This is a hybrid NYC internship offering exposure to Endeavor’s global HQ and a hands-on learning experience.

Qualifications

• Student Status: Currently enrolled undergraduate student (no specific year requirement).
• Interests / Areas of Focus: Strong interest in communications, marketing, digital media, social media, or advertising.
• Skills / Tools: Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; strong writing skills and comfort with digital platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Content Projects: Own a channel or content initiative from research through execution.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Create social media captions, draft newsletter copy, edit short-form video content, develop thumbnails/highlights.
• Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Research peers to identify trends and opportunities for Endeavor's social media and content distribution.
• Marketing Operations & Team Support: Support the MarComm team across campaigns, calendars, and reporting.
