Job summary

The Endeavor Summer Digital Marketing Intern sits with Endeavor’s Marketing & Communications (MarComm) team in New York, helping amplify Endeavor Entrepreneurs’ stories across channels. You’ll learn how global content strategies are developed, distributed, and optimized for international audiences, while gaining hands-on experience in social media, newsletters, and video-friendly assets.

This hybrid NYC role offers exposure to 50+ countries and a close-knit team, including direct CEO-facing

Qualifications

Currently enrolled undergraduate student.
Strong interest in communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, social media, or advertising.
Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; strong writing skills and comfort with digital platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Content Projects: Own a channel or content initiative from research through execution, for example building out a new platform strategy, developing a content calendar, or launching a campaign.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Create and support content across channels, including writing social media captions, drafting newsletter copy, editing short-form video content, and developing visual assets such as thumbnails or highlights.
Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct research on peer organizations and competitors to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance Endeavor’s social media and content distribution strategies.
Marketing Operations & Team Support: Provide general support to the MarComm team across campaigns, content calendars, and reporting, contributing to the smooth execution of global marketing initiatives.
