Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, California seeks a seasoned Internal Audit & SOX Lead Auditor to independently execute audits, SOX control testing, and advisory reviews across financial, operational, compliance, and IT processes.

You will partner with process owners to assess risk, strengthen internal controls, and monitor remediation in a global semiconductor environment with exposure to leadership, external auditors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• Proven ability to plan and execute audits, risk assessments, and control testing.
• Strong communication with management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits in accordance with the annual audit plan and professional auditing standards.
• Perform risk assessments, process walkthroughs, interviews, control evaluations, and substantive testing procedures.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve controls, efficiency, effectiveness, and risk management practices.
• Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported audit workpapers, findings, recommendations, and reports.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and assist in developing practical corrective action plans.
• Monitor and validate remediation efforts to ensure identified deficiencies are appropriately addressed.
