Job summary

Formlabs seeks an Internal Audit Lead to monitor and test key business processes, ensuring effectiveness in design and operating procedures to meet public-company standards. You will lead the internal control framework in alignment with US GAAP and regulatory benchmarks, reporting to senior finance leaders.

You will shape and evolve the internal audit function, drive governance, and implement platforms like Workiva or AuditBoard to enhance reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience with SEC internal control reporting in a public company.
• CPA designation and US GAAP/COSO framework familiarity.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Big Four public accounting background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal control audit activities and draft annual audit plan.
• Maintain SOX 404 documentation and control evaluation matrices.
• Own and implement the internal control platform (e.g., Workiva/AuditBoard).
• Coordinate audits and support external auditors.
• Report internal audit results to the Audit Committee and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with process owners to strengthen controls and drive business goals.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting internal audit practices.
