Job summary

Paxos in New York seeks an Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany, to own intercompany framework, transfer pricing, and coordination of audits and tax compliance across jurisdictions.

You will partner with Legal, Treasury, Tax, and in-country teams to ensure US GAAP alignment, accurate reporting, and scalable processes as Paxos grows in blockchain services.

This role requires 6+ years of experience, CPA or equivalent, and proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined experience in public and in-house accounting.
• CPA or equivalent; strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
• Experience coordinating statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent organization and program-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the intercompany framework across Paxos entities and manage intercompany invoicing, settlement and netting.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory examinations across jurisdictions; manage PBC lists and responses.
• Coordinate tax compliance support with tax advisors and internal tax lead.
• Oversee relationship with in-country accounting partners to ensure US GAAP reconciliation.
• Lead entity projects such as restructurings and new-entity setup.
• Maintain ownership maps, calendars, trackers and process documentation.
• Translate accounting/regulatory details into updates for Finance leadership.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements.
