Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Principal Accountant - Intercompany Accounting to lead the global intercompany accounting program, including governance, settlements, and consolidation. This role partners with Treasury, Tax, and Global Controllership to standardize processes and ensure accurate reporting across entities.

You will drive cross-border intercompany transactions, equity movements, and cross-currency settlements while upholding U.S. GAAP standards and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in intercompany accounting.
• Experience in publicly traded companies ($1B+ revenue) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global intercompany accounting policies and governance across entities.
• Manage centralized intercompany settlement and netting with timely true-ups.
• Support monthly/quarterly close and consolidation with accurate eliminations.
• Assist in TSA transitions and standalone intercompany structures implementation.
• Maintain SOX-compliant controls and drive automation to reduce manual journals.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, and FP&A to align processes and reporting.
