Qualifications

10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD
Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple workstreams across senior/junior stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated rigor
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (AI, SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps)
Self-starter, collaborative and strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

Create strategic alignment and best practices across regional teams for interchange programs
Oversee adoption of new technologies and automate decision-making processes
Governance and compliance oversight with risk and audit teams
Mentor and coach a global interchange team and develop training materials
Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership
