Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Manager to lead a client-specific intelligence program. You will manage a team of analysts, oversee intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting, and develop governance and training.

This role supports protecting people, assets, and reputation through risk intelligence across a global team. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in international relations or security studies with experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in international relations, security studies, political science, or related field and risk intelligence analysis experience within pharmaceutical or related industries or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and intelligence production.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of intelligence Analysts including daily workflows, scheduling, performance, workload prioritization, and professional development.
• Design, implement, and refine processes and templates to standardize intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Create and maintain governance documents pertaining to intelligence processes.
• Conduct detailed reviews of intelligence products to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Analysts and non-analyst stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor intelligence output.
• Serve as a super user for key intelligence platforms and identify tech‑stack needs.
