Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a Security Coordinator to manage field-level security programs for a specific client. You will support duty of care for travelers, monitor events, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate security projects across Global Security.

The role requires 3–5 years in security or law enforcement, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities include reporting, stakeholder communication, and utilizing security technologies. On-site role with travel time as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three to five years of security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Familiarity with security standards (CTPAT, TISAX, TAPA, AEO) preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills; English and Spanish preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of project/process management.
• Time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Manage the cycle of work involved in the delivery and execution of field level security programs.
• Ensure completion of field work in support of Global Security core programs.
• Provide duty of care support to travelers.
• Monitor security events that may impact travelers.
• Conduct security risk assessments to identify and address threats.
• Communicate with stakeholders to drive timely completion of work.
• Track results and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee security technologies and access control implementations.
• Coordinate executive protection assignments and security projects.
• Assist with security investigations and follow ups.
