Job summary

Sibylline Ltd is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-functional security and intelligence program supporting Netflix. You will oversee multiple teams, align with client priorities, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all workstreams.

Qualifications

Strong program management leadership across multiple workstreams.
Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships, especially with Netflix.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
Coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and own operational oversight for multiple teams and workstreams.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership.
Develop program goals, priorities, and capabilities with client and leadership.
Ensure high-quality services and outcomes through coordination and QA processes.
Monitor performance and drive improvements in efficiency and service quality.
Identify risks and resource gaps, implement mitigation strategies.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities for program personnel.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on development.
