Nike Inc. Intelligence Center is seeking a Global Intelligence Analyst II to turn business requirements into scalable dashboards, reporting, and intelligence products for leaders.

The role requires strong technical build skills, analytical rigor, and close collaboration with stakeholders across Loss Prevention, Global Investigations, and more. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BI/Analytics and a track record delivering actionable insights through dashboards and self-service reporting

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field; any suitable combination accepted.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or R.
• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, complex modeling, and analysis.
• Experience administering or enhancing self-service reporting environments.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with process automation and data quality practices.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and intelligence solutions.
• Deliver dashboards for resilience, strategic intelligence, and executive reporting initiatives.
• Apply analytical methods to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Automate manual processes to modernize the reporting ecosystem and speed up insight delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep intelligence products aligned with changing business needs.
