A major global integration firm is seeking a Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in business integration, M&A, or transformation. The successful candidate will lead complex integration projects, develop detailed plans, and coordinate across global teams. We are looking for excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in business integration, M&A, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within a highly matrixed global organization.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects following acquisitions, mergers, or onboarding of new business units.
• Develop and manage detailed integration plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
