Job summary

Willis Re is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Functional Teams based in New York to lead cross-functional integration and TSA exit activities following the US reinsurance business integration into Willis Re. You will coordinate with leads across the US and UK to deliver a coherent, phased integration plan through completion.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering complex integration, transformation or separation programmes across multiple corporate functions.
• Experience coordinating geographically dispersed stakeholders and functional teams across the US and UK.
• Experience of post-merger integration programmes.
• Experience of operating within regulated Financial Services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning across Finance, HR, Marketing & Communications, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Capital Advisory and Procurement.
• Partner with functional leads across US and UK to develop and deliver detailed functional integration plans.
• Align plans with other areas to harmonise milestones, dependencies and delivery priorities.
• Track workstream finances and manage requisitions within procurement, identifying risks early.
• Develop and drive exit plans for TSA service lines including dependencies, testing and readiness criteria.
