You will advise on tax laws, interpret client data, and help structure global tax positions to manage cross-border tax risk and respond to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• CPA exam eligibility in intended state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze international tax laws and regulations for insurance clients to support cross-border structuring and compliance planning.
• Develop tax positions addressing BEPS, CFC rules, and foreign tax credit impacts.
• Prepare and review tax research, memoranda, and supporting documentation for global tax structure projects.
• Interpret client facts and identify tax implications tied to insurance operations, transactions, and reorganizations.
• Coordinate deliverables across assigned workstreams while validating alignment with project scope, deadlines, and technical requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and internal stakeholders in clear, concise language.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing work products and providing guidance on assigned tasks.
