Responsabilidades

• Analyze international tax laws and regulations for insurance clients to support cross-border structuring and compliance planning.
• Develop tax positions addressing base erosion and profit shifting considerations, CFC rules, and foreign tax credit impacts.
• Prepare and review tax research, memoranda, and supporting documentation for global tax structure projects.
• Interpret client fact patterns and identify tax implications tied to insurance operations and reorganizations.
• Coordinate deliverables across workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, deadlines, and technical requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and internal stakeholders clearly.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing work products and sharing technical knowledge.
