Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of insurance risk management or claims experience.
• Experience with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Exposure to US and international programs is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance policy structure, coverage analysis, underwriting processes, and premium audits.
• Experience using RMIS platforms (Origami or similar).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing domestic and international insurance programs.
• Coordinate and support claims management across lines of coverage.
• Assist with renewals, underwriting submissions, and carrier information requests.
• Review exposure data, loss runs, and underwriting documentation.
• Participate in annual audits including payroll and subcontractor exposures.
• Maintain insurance records, certificates, and policy documentation.
• Monitor market developments and advise on coverage and risk transfer strategies.
