Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Insurance Risk Associate to support renewal and management of professional liability, D&O/E&O, ERISA, and international fund programs within the Risk and Insurance Management Department (RIMD).

You will help prepare renewal applications, gather exposure data, and present analyses to business units and senior leadership. The role requires 4–5 years in risk/insurance, a four-year degree, and strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Risk and Insurance Management (RIM) experience or similar
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proactive mindset to improve processes
• Bachelor degree in business or related field; ARM preferred if available

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal of professional liability, ERISA, and international fund programs
• Coordinate renewal applications and gather exposure data for submissions
• Prepare and present PowerPoint materials to senior management and boards
• Maintain claims database and assist in claims administration
• Manage renewal calendar and conduct strategy meetings as needed
• Support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions
• Ensure documentation and RMIS data are accurate and complete
• Input and maintain policy and premium data in RMIS
