Job summary

Peloton Interactive in New York City seeks a Director, Global Instructor Operations to lead the operating model and business affairs function for Peloton's global Instructor organization across the lifecycle. You will partner with the SVP and cross-functional leaders to govern contracts, outside activities and partnerships, driving scalable processes and an operations center of excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in talent management or operations.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to build scalable processes and operating models.
• Discretion handling high-profile talent and sensitive matters.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Affairs lead for the Global Instructor organization and partner to the SVP.
• Lead instructor contract negotiations for new instructors with Legal.
• Oversee lifecycle of instructor agreements including renewals and governance.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual commitments and brand partnerships.
• Partner with Legal, People, Finance on complex instructor matters.
• Develop annual contract renewal recommendations and long-term planning.
• Shape operating model for Global Instructor Operations with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee Instructor communications.
• Ensure the Integrations Lead/Manager/Coordinator team executes day-to-day operations.
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Provide strategic oversight of major instructor initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Global Instructor Strategy Operations team.
• Own the operational budget for the Instructor Operations group.
• Oversee vendors and external partners.
