We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, operationalize, and deliver learning experiences across the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves creating management skills programming, developing strong people leaders, and operationalizing learning experiences directly tied to business goals. This role reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development.

Base Salary Range: $123,600 USD - $151,850 USD
