Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience leading enterprise infrastructure and cloud programs
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and observability strategy across global environments.
- Drive reliability, availability, and business continuity.
- Own ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release management.
- Lead Major Incident Management and RCA governance.
- Establish observability with Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, CloudWatch.
- Manage AWS/Azure cloud platforms and modernization programs.
- Define SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and governance metrics.
- Engage executives and stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
- Mentor global teams in infrastructure, operations, SRE, and platform engineering.
- Drive regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
