Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, C, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript).
• 7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or compute/storage/hardware architecture.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site engineering organization. Coach software and network engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Establish sound technical direction across the organization; guide architectures, review designs, ensure high availability, scalability, and testing standards.
• Prioritize work, define operational metrics, and manage resources to achieve objectives with scalable impact.
• Define and execute team priorities aligned with broader organizational goals; make critical roadmap decisions.
• Build partnerships across organizations and align cross-team decisions with company initiatives.
