Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.
• Perform assigned tasks with diligence and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
• Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other topics, and compile findings into reports or presentations.
• Collaborate with different departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in learning opportunities offered by Ferrovial to develop professional skills.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning and pursue relevant external accreditation.
