Qualifications

• Minimum: Tracking to earn associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; eager to learn and develop creative problem-solving ideas.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.
• Perform assigned tasks with diligence and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
• Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other topics, compiling findings into reports or presentations.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals, attend related courses or training sessions offered by Ferrovial.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Develop capabilities through assessment and development planning activities and training.
